60-year of history with a unique common factor: innovation in plastic materials. Technology, research and development, quality, reliability, service and product customization have always been our distinguishing features. Italian culture, as base of the values shared within all companies of the Group.

 TP REFLEX GROUP, a group recently created from a merger of two businesses operating in the market of components for major appliances. The Group produces highly technological components or complex systems in plastic materials, with high technological content, as well as electromechanical components, also equipped with electronic elements. With 2 different markets, the company operates in 5 countries on 2 continents, it has 8 commercial and manufacturing seats, it cooperates with more than 700 employees. A Group with a long history, today it is one of the most important European leaders in the market. TP REFLEX implements a structured plan of continuous evolution, growth and expansion, reinforcing its position among the global players.

THE ORSI MAZZUCCHELLI FAMILY

Orsi Mazzucchelli S.p.A. is the holding company, owned by the Orsi Mazzucchelli family. The industrial history of the family started in 1849, the year of the first activity which was followed by many others, all with high technological and aesthetic content. The group of companies under Orsi Mazzucchelli S.p.A. currently operates in the sectors of: high-end eyewear and fashion accessories, components for major appliances, and industrial tubes for multiple applications.

In our opinion innovation does not mean only producing new products with cutting-edge technologies. Design products and processes aimed at increasing energy performance and reducing environmental impacts, within a "Life Cycle Assessment" framework, also considering the lower environmental impact on the final disposal of products.

Promote the resources necessary to obtain excellent products and services, ensuring efficiency, improvement, and integrity of our management system. To achieve these goals, constantly train personnel in line with the ethical value of the Company, developing awareness for environmental protection and energy efficiency.

Consider changes in the external and internal context, and the consequent adaptation to an integrated system.

High standards, always and wherever

We believe in the importance of safety and health of our employees and we always commit ourselves to improve
the activities of prevention and protection against the workplace hazards.

We constantly invest to improve our staff’s safety and health. We promote training activities in this respect to raise awareness of the entire internal personnel and external cooperators.

Our organization prepares risk analyses and elaborates specific improvement plans to implement all the actions necessary for the prevention, involving all the stakeholders, including the suppliers and cooperators.

All above is valid for the all seats of the Group worldwide, where at the same time we comply with the regulations in force in each country, and we use high safety standards.

Acknowledgments

As evidence of excellent work, we have received awards and acknowledgments from the clients, such as Electrolux, Samsung, Whirlpool, LG, and from the public administration, like Regione Lombardia in Italy.
The customer satisfaction is our goal leading to the Group’s continuous growth.

Certifications

The products of TP REFLEX GROUP are certified for the applicable aspects of electrical and/or mechanical safety and they are compliant with the requirements of the European market – the EN standard – and the U.S. market – the UL standard. The certification process follows the guidelines of the research institutes such as, e.g. IMQ, VDE and UL.
The products undergo all the tests necessary to check the conformity with the safety and reliability requirements set forth by the regulations.

Moreover, if applicable for specific products, TP REFLEX GROUP obtains special certifications, such as, e.g. WRAS (approval required for materials and/or components intended for drinking water devices in the United Kingdom) and NSF (applicable to the materials and coats for the products contacting with food).

ISO 9001:2015

All companies and establishments of TP REFLEX GROUP in Italy and in the world are certified according to ISO 9001:2015. The scope of certification is: Design and production, particularly in household and plumbing industry: "Electromechanical components, electronic, systems and related accessories; extruded hoses, corrugated pipes, spiral pipes, anti-flooding devices and accessories for fluids; molds and technical components molded in thermoplastic material”.

We establish long-term relationships with our suppliers to favor a process of continuous improvement of our products and services.
Quality, Punctuality and Flexibility are their key features, including the support to the efficiency of our supply chin, our innovation and our growth.

One of the examples is the long relationship with the Elektrisola Group, a global leader in manufacturing of a high quality capillary welded copper wire we use for all our solenoid valves and products.

The introduction of new suppliers always includes an assessment on their reliability, their products and their competitiveness.
