LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING and RETENTION TIMES
The data processed in connection with the web services of this site is processed at the above-mentioned location of the Controller only by the personnel expressly authorized by the Controller or third party providers in charge of occasional maintenance operations, appointed processors pursuant to article 28 of GDPR. The collected data will be retained – for each type of the processed data – exclusively for the time necessary to fulfill the tasks connected to the purposes indicated in the specific summary disclaimer policies available on the pages of the website and adopted for relevant services.


KINDS OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data
The IT systems and the software procedures intended for the operation of this website acquire, under normal operation, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.

They refer to information which are not collected to be associated with identified persons, but by their nature, through processing and associating with data retained by third parties, allow to identify the users.

Such data category include IP addresses or domain names of the computers by means of which the users access the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, the hour of request, the method of submitting the request to the server, the size of file obtained as reply, the digit code indicating the server reply status (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operational system and the user’s computing environment.

COOKIES
The cookies are small text files containing a certain amount of information exchanged between an Internet website and the user’s terminal (usually the browser). PROCESSING METHODS and RETENTION TIMES
Personal data are processed, also by means of automated tools for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which they have been collected. Upon accomplishment of the specific purposes
Specific security measures are followed to avoid the loss of data, their unlawful or incorrect use or unauthorized access.  The Controller has adopted all the minimum security measures laid down by law and on the basis of the main international standards, has also adopted further security standards to reduce to minimum the risks related to confidentiality, availability and integrity of the collected and processed personal data.

DATA SHARING, TRANSMISSION AND DISSEMINATION
The collected data can be transferred or transmitted to other companies for the activities strictly connected with the service operation such as the IT system management. The personal data of the users who send the requests of information material (brochures, information material, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of providing the service or reply and they are transmitted to third parties only if its necessary for such a purpose (companies which provide enveloping, labeling or shipping services). Besides these cases, personal data will not be transmitted, unless otherwise provided in a contractual clause or law that is except insofar as the data subject has given his or her consent.
In this respect personal data may be transmitted to third parties, but only if:
a) the explicit consent to share data with third parties has been given;
b) it is necessary to share information with third parties in order to provide the requested service;
c) it is necessary to fulfill the conditions imposed by the court or public security authority.
No item of data derived from the web service is disseminated.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The personal data protection regulation expressly provides for the rights of the subjects to whom the data relates (the so-called data subjects). In particular, pursuant to article 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, as well as articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation (EU) 679/2016, each data subject has the right to receive confirmation as to whether or not data relating you are processed, receive the indication of the origin and the methods of processing, updating, rectification and integration of data as well as erasure of the unlawfully processed data or where one of the grounds provided for by article 17 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 should apply. Moreover, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that your rights are infringed.

The Controller periodically checks its privacy and security policy and, if necessary, reviews it in respect of changes in the law, the organization or those relating with the technological evolution. In case the policies are amended, the new version will be published on this website page.
